INSTANT style Is an alternative design solution for clients who want 1-3 rooms custom designed in a do-it-yourself manner -
a more economical way to get the style you want.
Who:
Clients who decide not to use em design interiors full range of services, but who desire a personalized design solution for select rooms in their home. Be actively involved in your own project at a fraction of the cost.
What:
INSTANT style arrives complete with design solutions and a master plan for the selected room/s. You receive instructions for doing your own purchasing and expediting the designs based on the plan em design interiors provides.
Where:
Anywhere in the country! For out of town client’s the process is primarily completed through phone, mail, and Internet. For
em design interiors’ local clients, we can accomplish the design package with a few discussions and in-home meetings.
How:
INSTANT style Begins with a simple questionnaire that helps us get a sense of your personal aesthetic. We give you simple instructions for photographing and measuring your space/s. Within 4-6 weeks, we send you a master plan based on your preferred style!
For local clientele, em design interiors will give you the option of having us out to your home in order to meet with you in person, take images of your space and take appropriate measurements.
Included in your box is the following:
-Design concept board reflecting photographs, color images, sketches, floor plans, etc., to be used as inspiration for the room.
-Detailed rendered floor plan to scale with selected furniture. Sources for items in the floor plan will be provided so you can buy them independently.
-Fabric and material samples, such as paint, wall coverings, flooring, tile, upholstery fabrics, and hardware.
-A shopping list for all elements and their locations, either local or on-line.
-A detailed explanation of how to pull the elements together!
Remember, you can follow this plan as closely as you’d like or use your own creativity to push it to the next level.
COST PER ROOM:
Living Room, Kitchen, Family Room $1500
Dining Room, Bedroom, Office, Bathroom $1200
Hallways, Entry, Powder Room $900
Shipping ranges from $15- $60 depending on your location or request for Fed Ex 2-day or Overnight.
Due to the custom nature of this type of work, once a presentation is received we are unable to re-design or refund fees. However, if once you receive your box and realize you would like further assistance, we are happy to work with you to answer questions regarding your instant style design box plans. At any time during the process, you can choose to become a full-service client of em design interiors at the applicable hourly rates.
